How to Approve a Time Off Request in isolved
- Login to isolved using your ESS username and password. Once in isolved click on your name near the top left and then click on Supervisor or Manager view depending on your setup.
- Click on Employee Self-Service > Time > Admin Calendar. Click on Pending Requests
- Click on the request you want to approve or deny. Review the information provided by the employee. You are able to add a comment to the absence that will display in the Absence History but will not be sent to the employee.
- Click on the request you want to approve or deny. Review the information provided by the employee. You are able to add a comment to the absence that will display in the absence history but not be sent to the employee.
- Under Workflow Action, click on Approves or Rejects and then click Process. The employee will receive an email informing them that the request has been approved or rejected.
