Adding Auto Filled Schedules into Employee Timecards in isolved
Go to the Manage Shifts screen in isolved by searching or clicking on the following path:
Click on Add New to create a new shift and enter in the required fields:
Go to the Schedule Rules screen in isolved:
Create a new rule set for the new employee and then click Save. Click on Add New Rule and then create a consecutive schedule based on how you want the hours to show up in the timecard. Once you have a weekly or pattern schedule set, you will now want to select the shift(s) you created from the Manage Shifts screen to be set for which day and then click Save:
Go to the Default Schedule Screen:
Click on Add New and then enter in the Schedule Rule that you created from the previous step. Start the effective date as the 1st day of the current pay period and then click Save.
Go to the employee's timecard and review to make sure the schedule is showing up with the auto-generated hours. If you do not see any auto-generated hours, please contact us and we will make sure the employee is setup in the correct policy group to have auto-filled hours populate.
